Mentors Rising

The Kent Bellows Studio & Center for Visual Arts, a non-profit arts organization based in Omaha, encourages young artists to reach their full potential through creative expression in a professional artist mentoring context. We service anywhere from 30-40 youth artists every spring, summer and fall and house 8-10 local professional artist mentors.

Claire Fong, Siobhan Barrett, Fortunes & Folklore, and Jen Moon presented their wearable art at the Three Sixty Ecotique this last Friday the 18th for the second in hopefully a long line of Couture mixers.

This Saturday is December 5th and at 8:00 pm Empire Coffee will begin a month long circus themed art show featuring the art of Andy Greer and Suzy Tolen and the music of Jono Davis and Avita Treason.
BOHO ART of PEACE
The Art of Peace was a two-night event that brought together some of Chico's finest designers, artists, performers, local business owners, and friends for a peaceful gathering of fashion, art and joie de vivre.

Duffy's dance night!
Wednesday nights at Duffy's Tavern are notorious for the dance parties, but there is much dispute over the routine selection of music played week after week. Leave it to the ever-so-eclectic disk jockey Jeff Howse,who was brave and generous enough to shake things up and split his hour last Wednedsay with our friend Emma, aka DJ Cowgirl Crystal Healer.
