February art walk
Our journey begins Friday the sixth of February. The first stop was the Humanities Center Gallery to check out "piecemeal" by Robin Indar.

live music by Severance Package.

These boots were just begging to be put on.

So Max put them on.

Meats.
Next, I walked all the way to the back of the gallery to check out Klutch Stanaway's "Plywood on paper."

I then rode my bike down warner street, through a dark scary orchard, and onto west 8th ave to get to the Half Assed Art Gallery. The gallery was a small studio in a row of warehouses, but most people were catching the live music in Under Western Eyes, a small bookstore near the gallery.
NIck, owner of half ass and under western eyes.

The bookstore.
It's Saturday now.

First stop was The Image Group to see Charlie Osborn's Photography.

Walked to the 1078 gallery, but they were closed due to mature content.

So I walked next door to All Fired Up.

Then to Has Beans.

Then to The Space to gander at Sienna Orlando and her ceramics.

Off to the Upper Crust.

Then to the Naked Lounge for Chantel Young's wicked-awesome paintings.

Then next door to Monk's Wine Lounge for Lori Escobar's gorgeous new work.

"As human beings, our job in life is to help people realize how rare and valuable each one of us really is, that each of us has something that no one else has—or ever will have—something inside that is unique to all time. It's our job to encourage each other to discover that uniqueness and to provide ways of developing its expression."
